If his son Evan should die without issue then his share he devises to his son Edward and if both should die without issue he devises their shares to his son John. Codicil. If his son Evan should die without issue he confirms that Evan's share should go to Edward but annuls the devise of lands to him in the will and devises it to trustees to raise £2,000 for his daughter Mary and, subject thereto, to his son John.
