1 Walter Long of Rood Ashton, Wiltshire, esq. 2 Sir John Edwards of Greenfields, Machynlleth, co. Mont., bart. 3 Robert Few of Covent Garden in the city of Westminster, gent. 4 The Rt Hon. Frederick William Robert Stewart commonly called Viscount Castlereagh eldest son and heir apparent of The Most Hon Charles William Vane, marquis of Londonderry, and John Winder Lyon Winder of Vaenor Park, co. Mont., esq. Deed Of Exchange between 1 and 2 being a Grant by 1 of Cwmgwynne Farm, p. Beguildy, co. Rad., two cottages and land in the said p. and 10 a. of land in p. Kerry, co. Mont., to 4 in trust for the uses of the marriage settlement of Henry Charles Robert Vane, viscount Seaham and Mary Cordelia Edwards, daughter of 2, and a Grant by 2 to 1 and to such uses as he shall appoint, and to 3 in trust for 2, of lands called Pedwar Cyfer, Cae, parts of Cae Naw Cyfer and Caependre, p. Machynlleth, and £100. Recites the marriage settlement of Viscount Seaham and Mary Cordelia Edwards in 1846 whereby premises, including those granted by 2, were conveyed to Viscount Castlereagh and Walter Longe the younger as trustees of the said settlement with power to 2 to sell or exchange lands not exceeding the annual value of £100 and that Walter long the younger is since dead and that Jwlw was appointed trustee in his place in June 1847.
