Recites the marriage settlement of 1 and 2's parents (nos 131-4), no. 225, the wills of 1 and 2's parents, that George Arthur Herbert younger son of 1 and 2's parents elected to take the provision made for him by the will of his father and therefore became barred from participating in the sum charged in the said marriage settlement, that the eldest daughter of 1 and 2's parents bequeathed her share in the sum charged in the said settlement and in the sums bequeathed to her in her parents, wills to 1 and 2 in equal portions.
