The box consists of two folders marked 'Wales in German Literature' containing research papers on Wales and Germany and 15 photographic slides, together with drafts of talks/articles given on the subject, c. 1956-1995. Also, an envelope containing a typescript copy of a translation of Günter Grass' Katz und Maus into Welsh by Gwilym Lloyd Edwards, together with correspondence relating to the work, 1987-1994. Gwilym Lloyd Edwards won a competition at the 1981 National Eisteddfod and the work was published under the Cynllun Comisiynau'r Eisteddfod (Eisteddfod Commissions Scheme) as Cath a Llygoden in 1994.
