Photocopied press cuttings, which include photocopied photographs of members of the Welsh quoits teams, 1914, 1921, 1932, 1936, 1935, 1938, 1927, 1950, 1951 and 1952, the English quoits team, 1938, both Welsh and Scottish teams, 1952, and Albert Baker, former Secretary of the Welsh Quoit Association and author of the booklet The History of Quoits in Wales (J. R. Davies, 1949). which contains a history of quoiting in Wales from 1896 to 1948 (http://www.ukquoits.org/) (see under heading Quoiting: Wales: Correspondence: Letters to Linda Evans).
Scrap books containing press cuttings largely relating to the Welsh and Scottish national quoits teams, with particular reference to prominent Caersws players Brendon Lloyd and Russell Owen. A cutting dated 28 May 2021 refers to the two men's retirement from the game, precipitating the demise of Caersws Quoits Club.
