Extracts from, together with abstracts and translations of, records, 1527-1667, relating to ownership of foreshore rights at Pendine adjacent to the manor of Laugharne, co. Carm., held at the Public Record Office, now The National Archives, and elsewhere, including exchequer records, rentals and surveys, Ministers' Accounts, Patent Rolls, Land Registry Enrolments and State Papers Domestic. Also included are letters from the Board of Trade, legal declarations, reports and opinions regarding the manor, and a 'pedigree' showing the descent of the manor.
