Original bundle, comprising a lease and release, being Sir Charles Morgan's purchase from Thomas Brown of Campfield Place and Charles Delart of Potterells, both Hertfordshire, John Buxton of Rushford and William Woodley of Eccles, both Norfolk, and John Thomas Medleycott of Dublin, Ireland, esqs, of an annual or fee farm rent of £1 issuing out of lands of the said Sir Charles Morgan in the parish of Llandeilo Gresynni, Monmouthshire, one of the properties securing a mortgage for £9,000 dated 1770 between Thomas John Medleycott, esq., his only son and heir the said John Thomas Medleycott, and Reuben Deare, merchant.
