Recites the pre-nuptial settlement of 2 and William Thomas in 1745, wherein it was declared, amongst other things, that should 2 survive her husband she should receive an annuity of £200, that in his will in 1755 William Thomas bequeathed an annuity of £100 to 2, that in his codicil in 1762 William Thomas devised parts of Coed Helen demesne to 2 and that if she were molested in the enjoyment of the same by any claims of their children then she was to receive an annuity of £40, that 1 had contracted for the sale of several properties comprized in his parents' marriage settlement, and that he had requested 2 to release the same from paying the said annuities so as to enable him to dispose of the properties, and that 1 had contracted to secure the said annuities on his other properties which he has done by indentures of even date.
