1 Henry Rumsey Williams late of Glanrafon, but now of Penrhos, co. Caern., gent. 2 Lawrence Banks of Boys Hall, co. Kent., esq. Assignment of a fifth part of m's called Erw suran, p. Penmorfa, and Penybryn, p. Llanarmon, co. Caern. Recites that Evan Pritchard of Cricieth mortgaged a fifth part of Erw suran to John Rowland of Pistyll, in 1807, that in 1808 E.P. mortgaged a fifth part of Penybryn to Thomas Morris of Aberkin, that in 1816 T.M. assigned the mortgage to 1 for £285 and J.R. assigned his mortgage to 1 for £442, that E.P. had mortgaged premises to John Evans, gent., in 1808, who filed a bill in the court of Great Sessions against E.P. and 1 to foreclose, that 1 afterwards filed a bill of complaint against E.P. and J.E. to foreclose, that by a decree of the court the premises were absolutely foreclosed against E.P. and J.E., that the money paid by 1 to T.M. and J.R. was the proper money of 2. Surrender of a term of 500 years by 1, to 2 and 3, in a tmt. and a court or garden situated on the north side of the main street of the city of Bangor. Recites that Sidney Greene had conveyed premises to 3, in trust for the uses which John Rowlands should appoint, that J.R. died leaving Ann his wife him surviving, who had since married John Williams, yeoman, that no appointment of the premises had been made, that A.W. and her husband mortgaged premises to 1 in 1825 (demise for 500 years) to secure £120, that A.W. died in 1825 leaving John Williams, yeoman, John Williams, labourer, and Elizabeth his wife and Elizabeth [ ], her niece, her surviving, that Elizabeth [ ] married John Williams, yeoman and that 2 had repaid the £120 to 1.
