Writ to Pierce Griffith, esq., and his counsel, attorneys and solicitors. William Salisbury, esq., has exhibited a petition in Chancery against him and other, executors of the will of John Salesbury, deceased; and also on 6 July Chancery was shown that he prosecuted a suit of common law against David Lloid ap John on a bond and another suit in the Court of Wards and Liveries against Rice ap Rees, Evan ap Reed Lloid, Humfrey ap Hughe, John Piers, and John David ap Robert, for monies due to John Salisbury in his lifetime. He is not to prosecute further any suit at common law against the parties. Latin.
