The messuages mentioned in an indenture of feoffment dated 6 Dec. 1704 (Nos. 74-75) are to be charged with the sum of £1,600, (except y wern in Llanbeder). The money is to be used by trustees, viz David Parry, Peter Pennant, John Pennant, and Richard Jones, being party to the aforesmentioned deed of feoffment, to pay the testator's debts over and above his personal estate at the time of death and to maintain his son, Edward Thelwall. £600 Of the above sum is to be given to Anne Thelwall, testator's daughter, and £500 to Margaret, another daughter. The remaining sum to be given to the said Edward Thelwall. The said Edward Thelwall and Mary, the testator's wife, are appointed executors. Endorsement, dated 27 Sept. 1714, of the presentation of the will in a legal case between John Read, plaintiff, and Mary Thelwall, widow, deforciants.
