Devising messuages called Posteeucha, Aberhenllan Penallt Trawscoed, parish of Abernant, to his sister Mary Holme for life, messuages called Kilfredin, Gilvach y Justin and Dolewen and a sland intermixt with Penygraig to his sister Elizabeth, wife of Charles Lewis, for life, and his messuages in the parishes of Penboyr and Llanybyther and the chapelry of Blaengorlech to his sister Sarah Havard (who is also residuary legatee and sole executrix), with remainders of all the aforesaid premises to Edward Holme, youngest son of the said Mary, but charged with £1,000 to be paid to David Lewis, son of the said Elizabeth; devising his copyhold estate in the manor of Taunton Deane to the said Edward, charged with a £10 annuity to Catherine Holme, the testators niece. Bequests; particular instructions re funeral, etc. Proved 12 Nov. 1782. Copy.
