The tune book of Owen Jones, Vrongain and Llwyn'rodyn, 1850-1857, containing nineteenth century hymn-tunes, anthems and glees, including a copy of an anthem composed expressly for the Annual Festival of the Merthyr Tydfil Temperance Society, 1844, by D[aniel] T[homas] Williams ['Tydfylyn'], and other temperance songs.

It includes details and prices of work done in east Merioneth, particularly in Edeyrnion, and household and farming accounts, including the sale of dairy produce, the buying and selling of farm stock, details of sheep sent to winter pasture, etc.

A minute book, 1794-1824, of the quarterly meetings of Baptist churches in Aberystwyth, Aberduar, Penybont, Y Drefach, Panteg, Y Graig, Llwyndafydd, Cilfowyr, Blaenywaun, Ebenezer and their branches, with answers to questions set for the meetings.

The volume was subsequently used, [c. 1839-1840], to record hymn-tunes, hymns, metrical psalms, etc., by 'Ieuan Gwyllt', and notes of sermons by John Hughes, Pontrobert, [Thomas] Richards, Fishguard, David Howels, Thos. Evans, O. Williams, and H. Hughes, Llanrwst.
