'Articles whereupon it was agreed by the Archbyshops and Byshops of both prouinces ... in the Conuocation holden at London in ... 1562 ...'. London: imprinted by Christopher Barker, 1579, [28 pp.]. Wrapped in a half leaf of an antiphonal, 14th cent., with part of the office for the feast of the Annunciation. On the verso of the title page is the assent of Robert Neave, vicar of Aldebourghe [Suffolk], to the articles, dated 1587. His signature appears inside the front cover. There are some contemporary notes about books inside the end cover. 'No. 48' appears on the outside front cover in an 18th cent. hand.
