Leases of the tithes and of the messuage of Trevane, Tenby, made to James Vere of Jeffreston, later of Tenby (St Mary), respectively by Rev Edward Hughes, rector of Tenby, 1801, and by Edward Loveden Loveden in response to an order of the High Court of Chancery, 1806; assignments of both leases to Jacob Pinniger of Wotton Bassett, Wiltshire, 1808; a mortgage by him to Anthony Guy of Chippenham, 1826; and a surrender by the representatives of both mortgagor and mortgagee to Pryse Loveden of Buscot Park, Berkshire, 1851, with copies of relevant declarations, parish register entries and pedigrees relating to William Goldney of Clifton, Bristol, Anthony Guy of Hardenhuish, Wiltshire, the Pinniger family of Tockenham and Cliffe Pypard in Wiltshire, and of Bristol, and the Broome family of Berkhamstead, Hertfordshire, 1778-1851.
