Three scrap books containing miscellaneous items (mounted or tipped in) including press cuttings relating to the unveiling of a statue of Lewis Edwards, first principal of Bala C.M. Theological College, at Bala, 21 June 1911, the investiture of the Prince of Wales at Caernarvon Castle, 13 July 1911, the trial in Edinburgh, May-June 1911, of Lieutenant Cecil Aylmer Cameron and his wife for alleged conspiracy to defraud an insurance company in respect of the loss of a pearl necklace, and debates on proposals for church union at the General Assemblies of the Church of Scotland and of the United Free Church, May 1913; photographs of the statue of the aforementioned Lewis Edwards; an official invitation to Professor [William] Porter to attend the investiture ceremony at Caernarvon Castle; an admission ticket to the said ceremony; and a holograph letter from Alicia G. Jones, The Theological College, Aberystwyth, to Dr. [William] Porter, [19]36 (personal).
