Today I received a delegation of four people, including their Deputy, from the Dutch East India Company. They apologized and made excuses for their past behaviour. After a long discussion I have agreed to sign an agreement with them. This document has been sent for the signatures of the Director of the Company, his Deputy and Members of the Council.
