A religious text (132 folios) in an eighteenth century hand. The following headings occur: f. 9 verso: Yr ail rhan iw hystyriad yn enwedig yn y Grawus ac yn wythnos y dioddefaint; f. 37 verso: Y drydedd ran iw ysdyried yn enwedig tia'r Derchafel a'r Sulgwyn; part of the text (ff. 55 verso-69 recto) describes how the Lord ('y brenin Adoneiah') won in one war against Lucifer; f. 55 verso: Ynawr a mi'n myfyrio ar y Brenin sef yr ardderchog frenin Adoneiah ac yn rhyfeddu at ei allu a'i ddaioni. Mi a ddanghosaf mewn rhiw fesur y modd yr enillodd ef mewn un rhyfel yn Enwedig ac a osodaf riw draws amcan yr amriw achosion a ddigwyddasant ynddi; f. 67 recto: Ynyr unrhiw amser efe a ddaliodd y brenin Lucifer yn garcharor ac a ddygodd ymaeth ei goron ef oddiar ei ben. This part of the text is of an allegorical nature and contains many personifications e.g. emprwr pechod, Captan ofn angau, Twysog ffydd hyderus, Captan gwybodaeth, Captan diniweidrwydd; f. 68 verso: Fellu captan twyll a'r captan celwydd a ragflaenasant captan gwir a'r captan crediniaeth ac am hynnu y meddienir gwlâd yr Iddewon gan y captan angrhediniaeth hyd heiddiw. Er hynnu captan gwir, y captan crediniaeth gyda'r ardderchog gaptan gras a orchfygant y capteiniaid gelynion fy Arglwydd. There are annotations in the margin relating to the text, e.g. f. 55 verso: Ystyr Hist. ar gwymp dyn drwy dwyll Satan .... Many refer to the numerous images of Christ in the text e.g. Christ yn ennaint, Christ yn afon, Christ yn llong, etc. According to a note by J. H. Davies on the flyleaf it is 'By Robert Williams 1746'. A note in pencil on f. 99 recto reads: 'Robert Williams ai gwnayth ond fe?ddayth arno biso tew a chachy dwyman 1746', and on f. 74 verso: 'Robert William fyrgyn roys ?ddant yr og mewn [?gr]ibin'.
