Release (being a transfer of £4,000 mortgage) of a messuage in the tenure of John Wilks, a messuage and lands thereto belonging in the tenure of Susanna David, widow, both in Newtown, Ty Mawr, in Newton, and lands therewith held called Borfa Vawr and Vron, parish of Llanllwchairn, two pieces of land called Cae Howell ap Evan, and three pieces of land called Dole y Velin, parish of Llanllwchairn, pieces of land called Cae Darby with a barn and stable thereon erected, heretofore in the tenure of Evan Evans, clerk, and a little meadow adjoining to Darby Close, heretofore in the tenure of Richard Morgan, clerk, the pieces of land and little meadow now in the tenure of William Evance, of Prudence Roberts, a farm called Black Holes, a warren near the Park, late in the occupation of the second party, a close called Maes Llwyd in the occupation of the second party, pieces of land called Maes y Castell, Dole y Domen, Cae Henry, and Broomy Leasow, parish of Newtown, lands in the tenure of Thomas Kitchen, apothecary, parish of Llanllwchairn, pieces of land called Freeth Vechan, Gwyrlodd Owen, Brynlleast, Coppa Helem, and Llwyn Llesekir, several parcels of land called Gwerlodd Blonhegan and Black Meadows, a field called the Cunnings, farms called Upper Brimmons and the Middle Brimmons, lands called Coppice Clayton, Glasshill, and Borfa Wenn, and a meadow adjoining thereto called Maes y Gwested, parish of Newton, parcels of land called Deliroe, Cwm y Llygod, and Bron y Baker, and a smith's forge and parcel of land thereto belonging called John Jenkins's Close, parish of Llanllwchairn, lands called Gwerlodd y Ddwr otherwise Gwirloth Dwr Maes y Hendeer and other lands thereto adjoining, parish of Newtown, and a farm called Llydiardee Farm, with a sheep walk, parish of Mougtre, all in co.
