Pre-nuptial Settlement of Richard Herbert and Elizabeth Lloyd whereby Elizabeth Lloyd conveys, on trust, to Richard Thomas and John Watkins the following properties: Rhonddyvechan, alias Tyr llyn Elvarch in p. Ystradevoducke, co. Glam., Kilymanllwyd ycha, Kilymanllwyd isha, Tyr Penywain, Tyr y quarrey, and Tyr John Griffith, and closes of land called Hyrdir, Kaemawr, Kaenewith, y Koydkae isha, Kaer quarrey, Kaebach, Kaer lloy, Close y moch, Gwaynymynith, and the Quarrey, all being in p. Landilovawr, co. Carm., to the use of (as to Rhonddyvechan, alias Tyr llyn Elvarch) Elizabeth until she marry, and afterwards to Richard Herbert and the said Elizabeth for their lives, with remainder to their issue; as to the other properties, to the use of Elizabeth until she marries, and then to Richard Herbert and Elizabeth, his intended wife, with remainder to their issue, and, in default of such issue, to the right heirs of the said Elizabeth for ever; with power to raise £1,000 for any younger children.
