The manuscripts are mainly in the hand of Thomas Lewis James.

Haverfordwest Baptist Foundation minute book
Minute book, 1907-1973, of the Board of Trustees of the Haverfordwest Baptist Foundation, containing minutes of Board meetings, 1907-1913, 1926, 1929-1930, 1967-1970 (pp. 1-71).
The Foundation was established by a scheme of the Board of Education in February 1907 to administer the foundations and subsidiary endowments of the former Haverfordwest Baptist College, Pembrokeshire, and thereby provide an annual income to the North and South Wales Baptist Colleges.

A scrapbook containing press cuttings of reports of meetings of the Haverfordwest School Board, 1871-1876. The volume was originally an arithmetic exercise book.
Haverfordwest (Williams & Williams)
The collection comprises records from the office of Williams & Williams, Haverfordwest, solicitors, largely deeds and draft deeds, mostly 19th century, and many relating to the Haverfordwest area of Pembrokeshire. In the course of their work, Williams & Williams accumulated legal and other papers relating to their clients interests, including the estates of Ambleston, Begelly, Brawdy, Camrose, Court House, Cwmgloyne, Hean Castle, Hodgeston, Hook, Manorbier, Manorowen, Orielton, Pigeonsford, Somerton, Treffgarne, Ty Gwynne, Walwyns Castle, Welsh Hook, Wilsons, Wolfsdale and Yelverton. There are also documents relating to the Fishguard Harbour Improvement Company, several railway companies and a large number of probate records and marriage settlements. There are also groups of deeds and documents relating mainly to properties in Carmarthenshire, Glamorganshire and Pembrokeshire. There are also documents relating to church properties, nonconformist chapels, poor rate papers, articles of apprenticeship and articles of partnership.

Williams's son, the poet Waldo Williams, was then twelve years of age and was possibly one of the pupils being addressed.

Rossetti, which belonged to Ellis Humphrey Evans ('Hedd Wyn'), bearing his signature and with notes in his hand including "The poetry of shelley a very great man. Ellis Evan a brynodd y lyfr hwn yn Liverpool yr half day diwedar". The signatures of other family members, [1900]-1912, are also noted in the front and back of the volume.
