Mae Offerynnau Statudol Cymru (OSCau) yn fath o ddeddfwriaeth ddirprwyedig a wneir gan Weinidogion Cymru, fel arfer gyda'r cwmpas a ddiffinnir mewn deddfwriaeth cynradd megis Act Senedd Cymru neu Act Senedd y DU. Rhwng 1999 a 2025 roedd Offerynnau Statudol Cymru hefyd wedi'u rhifo yng nghyfres Offerynnau Statudol y DU ond ers 2026 dim ond rhif Offeryn Statudol Cymru sydd ganddynt = Welsh statutory instruments (WSIs) are a form of delegated legislation made by Welsh Ministers, usually with the scope defined in primary legislation such as an Act of Senedd Cymru or Act of the UK Parliament. Between 1999 and 2025 Welsh statutory instruments were also numbered in the UK Statutory Instruments series but since 2026 only bear a Welsh Statutory Instrument number.
