Ffeil Boxes 8 and 9. - Notes for lectures and talks,

An extensive collection of notes prepared by Vaughan Owen for various lectures and talks to societies. In each case the envelope containing the notes is marked with the date(s) and occasion(s) on which the talk was given and, in some cases, with the subject of the talk. E.g. 'for Newtown Welsh Society, Oct. 28th 1974';. 'The significance of townships, to Powysland, Dec. 1st 1979'. Almost all the talks are to local societies. Most deal with a theme of local historical significance or with Welsh history in general.
