Biographical material connected with Mrs B W Norton's great-grandfather, the Reverend James Stewart Thomas (1818-56), Hay, co Brecon, a missionary in South Africa from 1839, including a transcript of a letter, 1846, from J S Thomas to his parents; a biographical sketch written by his daughter; and a short history compiled in 1987 by Mrs. Norton.
