A collection of hymn-tunes, anthems and miscellaneous songs compiled apparently in the Llanbrynmair district. The tunes are mostly anonymous but there are items ascribed to the Reverend J[ohn] D[avid] Edwards, John Ashton, Trefeglwys, W[illiam] Owen [Prysgol], J[oseph] D[avid] Jones, 1851, and D. P. Price, Cazenovia.

Four duets for tenor and baritone to the words 'Y ddau Awenydd', submitted to the New York Eisteddfod of 22 February 1886 by 'Jakie' (J. W. Parson Price), 'Prydeiniwr' (W. Ellis, 'Alaw Cynan', Carneddi), 'Apontini' and 'Bertini', with the adjudicator's remarks.

A copy of A Direction for the English Traveller ... with maps of the counties of England and a map of Wales engraved by Jacob van Langeren, 1643. On the backs of the maps are written brief descriptions, believed to be in the hand of Thomas Hearne (bap. 1678-d. 1735), of the respective counties.

They are written on paper, in double columns, in the hand of Ambrugio Speççaferro and were completed, according to colophons, on 6 September, 15 September and 17 October 1457 respectively. There are pen-work initials in red and blue; some initials, perhaps illuminated, have been removed.
