Amongst the papers is a later copy of a collection of Welsh airs, compiled and arranged by 'Orpheus' [James James] for the Eisteddfod at Llangollen, 1858 (now NLW Minor Deposit 150B).

A bound volume containing the life story of Dr Phoebe Sheavyn (1865-1968) compiled by Brian Sheavyn, her great-nephew. She was the first woman student to gain an honours degree from Aberystwyth University in the 1880s.
