An alphabetical index by J. H. Davies of first lines of strict metre poetry by mediaeval Welsh bards, together with a similar index of abbreviations of bards' names. The index consists of a transcript of Moses Williams: Repertorium Poeticum (1726), with a large number of additions by J. H. Davies, including the additions in the interleaved copy of the Repertorium Poeticum in NLW MS 717. There are a few notes at the end of the volume, together with some insets, relating largely to the location of Welsh manuscripts. The volume is lettered 'Index. Welsh Poetry'.
