Assignment by John Jones of London to Arthur Champness in trust for John Oldbury, of a judgement obtained in 1670 by Henry Rumsey of Dolwyn Eglwys, Cardiganshire, against Henry Vaughan of Gelli-goch, Montgomeryshire, for a debt secured on tenements called Moel y Coed, Ty Braich Ythellgam, and lands called Dolegau and Llechweth Dyrris, subsequently purchased by Humphrey Jones, then by William Corbett of the Middle Temple, 1695.
