Mortgage (Grant) for £1,500 (5%) of the premises specified in no. 291 and a m. called Little Brinbedwin (30 a.), p. Kerry, subject to two other mortgages (see no. 291 and recital therein). Recital as in no. 291 and recites no. 291. Endorsed:. 1855, Sept. 21. 1 John Rogers. 2 Timotheus Burd. 3 Thomas Bodenham. 4 John Stephens and Hannah Rogers Stephens his wife (which said Hannah is the administratrix of the goods of James Stephens, dec.). 5 Eliza Burd of Shrewsbury, Shropshire, widow, John Prichard of Leamington, Warwickshire, surgeon, and Peter Beck of Shrewsbury, banker, executors of Henry Edward Burd (who was the surviving executor of John Geary, dec.). 6 The said John Stephens. Surrender by 1-3 to 6 of their respective estates in the premises specified above. Recites that 6 has repaid the three mortgages secured on the premises (see recital in no. 291 and no. 291 and above).
