Inset is a printed prospectus of the commentary, dated 22 March, 1828.

The volume includes a schedule and rental of the estate; a list of mortgages secured upon it; lists of debts; an alphabetical index of creditors; and details of parts of the estate sold by the trustees on behalf of the owner, Thomas Jones, Esgairifan, Llanbryn-mair.
