Recurrent subjects are repairs to estate properties, bridges and roads from 1890; repairs and subscriptions to local schools at Penrhyn-coch, Tal-y-bont, Llangorwen, Trefeurig and Ceulan a Maes-mawr from 1890; the Hafan tramway and Esgair Hir road from 1893; the sale of Gogerddan estate properties from 1894; rights and encroachments in the crown manor of Perfedd from 1896; flooding of the river Leri at Ynyslas and drainage at Ynysfergi from 1897; lead mining from 1897; and a request to purchase land adjoining the vicarage of Llngynfelyn, 1897-1898.
