The collection comprises the UCW Agricultural Debating Society minute books, 1920-1963, and a file of correspondence, 1960-1973; agricultural club minute books, 1929-1939; and the rustics' club minute book, 1933-1940.

Poor rate assessments and accounts of disbursements by overseers of the poor for the town of Aberystwyth, 1779-1838, together with particulars of paupers' rents, 1831-1837, and a register of apprentices, 1822-1836.

Deposits. Withdrawn September 1994. These items were transferred permanently to Ceredigion Archives in September 2010.

Notebook, c. 1865-80, containing culinary recipes compiled by William Edward Davies or his wife Mary Evered Davies (née Poole); Davies was a grocer and provision merchant at Haverfordwest and Pembroke Dock until the late 1870s and thereafter baker and confectioner at Pier Street, Aberystwyth.

Christy Davies, secretary of the Welsh Baptist Ministers' and Missionaries' Wives Prayer Union, 1950-1953; Baptist Union of Great Britain and Ireland papers and printed material, 1930-1978; Baptist Union of Wales papers and printed material, including copies of The Inset, 1941-1978; and Baptist Missionary Society papers and printed material, 1905-1974, including English and Welsh copies of Prayer Partners, 1933-1974.

Stray papers of the Waddingham family, some of which relate to the Hafod estate, Cardiganshire, 1794-1910, including transcriptions, 1794, of notes on lead mines by Lewis Morris; cost and contract books of Bwlchyranos and South Hafod Lead Mines, 1859-1868; printed Cardiganshire election registers, 1862-1865; miscellaneous press cuttings collected by T. J.
