Davies MP, Gwynfor Evans MP, Edward Heath MP, Eric S. Heffer MP, Erastus Jones of Tŷ Toronto, Selwyn Jones, town clerk of Merthyr Tydfil Co. Bor., Joan Lester MP, Ted Rowlands MP, Geoffrey Morgan, secretary and treasurer of the Aberfan Disaster Fund Management Committee, Lord Robens, chairman of the NCB, George Thomas, secretary of state for Wales, and the mayor of Neufchateau, Voges, France. Also from members of the public and subscribers to the disaster fund, particularly 1-4 Sept. 1967, following an article in the 'Daily Mail' asking how the money should be spent. Also an acknowledgement from the mayor of Brussels for a message of sympathy to the families of the victims of the À l'Innovation department store fire of 22 May 1967, and donations to the relief funds following the Belice earthquake, Sicily, 14/15 Jan. 1968, and the Lara bush fire, Australia, 8 Jan. 1969.
