Caern., yeoman, and Margaret, his wife, and Owen Williams of Penrhos in the same co., yeoman, son and heir apparent of the said Margaret by William Owen late of Tu mawr aforesaid, yeoman, the first husband, dec. 2 John Parry of Lincolns Inn, Middlesex, esq. Lease for 99 years of the m's and lands of the said Margaret in her own right in p. Aberdaron, co. Caern., in trust to pay the yearly rents of the said m's and lands for the benefit of the said Margaret during her life, and immediately after the decease of the mother of the said Margaret and the decease of the said Margaret then in trust to raise five sums of £9 for Thomas Williams, Jane Williams, Mary Williams, Robert Williams and Ellin Williams, younger children of the said Margaret by the said William Owen, her said late husband, dec.
