Lease for 21 yrs of the site of the late dissolved Priory or Cell of Mouncton, closes called Deeregardine, Pease Close, the Little Demeasne, Calves Closes, the Pidgeon Close in which stands a Pidgeon House, the Conygrey, the Little Conygrey, the Great Demesne, (acreages given) all of which are compassed in part with a stone wall, in part with a hedge and in part with Milford Haven or Water near Milford Haven, a close called Furzie Close (26 a.), a meadow called Bryans Meadow (3 a.) (tenants named), the water corn mill called Quaytes Mill, and all manner of tithes of corn and grain, a farm called Bowood Farme and a wood called Quaytes Wood, a cottage called Seres Towne, a cottage in tenure of Henry Jones, a cottage in tenure of Phillipp Roth and Rowland Russell in Hunttell Towne, a cottage called Wyndmillhill, 6 cottages (tenants named), a meadow called New Meadowe, a close of pasture called Cookes Close, 2 parcels of land in the close behind a house called Barne House, a little close (acreages given, tenants named), the benefit of the 2 fairs of Mouncton, lately in possession of Ernest Jackson, lots of tithes called Mouncton Lot, St Land Lot, Orleton Lot, Castelton Lot, Easton Lot, Penner and Patter Church, and all tithes of corn and grain growing yearly on the lands of John Lort in Mouncton and the land now in occupation of George Catsmead, part of the lands of Sir Hugh Owen, all of which are in p. Mouncton, co. Pemb., one oxland lying in two closes near Castele Martine Church (6 a.) and a parcel (l a.) nearby late in tenure of Richard Roe, in p. Castele Martine, co. Pemb., all with the exception of hunting, fishing, hawking and fowling rights. Annual rent : £239, 4 'cuppell' of Hens, 3 'cuppell' of Capons, 3 fat geese, and 3 fat turkeys. Seal.
