A volume containing a rental of the corporation of Caernarvon, 1832-1838, a rental of crown quit rents in the borough of Caernarvon, 1834-1846, an account of quarterly payments of gas tenants, 1833, and mortgage accounts, 1830-1835.
Typescript copies [by W. Gilbert Williams, Rhostryfan, co. Caernarvon] of a report of a test case, 1901, at Carnarvon Petty Sessions against Owen Jones, Rhostryfan, alleging the cruelty of the custom of tread-mill churning by dogs; of a letter from Wm. Williams, Bodadan, to G. Roberts, 1824 (the marriage settlement of the writer's daughter); and of extracts from Caernarvonshire Quarter Sessions records, including a declaration by Thomas Roberts of the proposed use of a printing press in the town of Carnarvon, 1799, a petition by poor cottagers who dwell on the mountains of Llanllyfni and several other parishes for the retention of their cots and enclosed land (permitted as a prevention of their emigration to America), 1812, and an inquest on the body of David Thomas, Llanrug, 1822.

Two volumes of minutes, with some accounts, 1868-1903, of the committee of management of Caersws British School; and minutes, 1905-06, of the committee of management of 'Ysgol Salem', near Clatter. The latter was an independent school which was governed by a joint committee of representatives of Siloh Wesleyan Methodist Church, Clatter, Saron Calvinistic Methodist Church, Pont-dol-goch, and Seion Congregational Church, Llanwnnog. The committee first met on 22 September, 1905, and the school was recognized by the Board of Education as from 22 March, 1906.

Thirty-five letters, 1944-1957, to the artists' model Mary Keene, comprising twenty-three from her friend Caitlin Thomas, 1945-1954 (ff. 1-30), six from the latter's sister Brigit Marnier, 1944-1949 (ff. 33-43), and six from Florence Thomas, mother of Dylan Thomas, 1954-1957 (ff. 44-53), all containing personal and family news.
Also included is a letter, 11 October 1950, to Caitlin Thomas from her domestic help, Dolly Long of Laugharne (ff. 31-32). There are numerous references to Dylan Thomas (ff. 1 verso-10 passim, 19, 20 27 verso) and his funeral (ff. 43-44) and to Caitlin (in addition to her own letters) (ff. 36 verso, 44-54 passim). There are also references to Laurie Lee (f. 16 verso), Anthony Devas (f. 23 verso), Louis MacNeice (f. 45 verso) and Daniel Jones (f. 47 verso).
