A commonplace book of David George of Nant Einion, parish of Llanthoysant (Llanddeusant), begun in 1828, and containing rules of English grammar ('Murray's Exercises Corrected at Neuaddlwyd-academy'); farming accounts and settled accounts with the smith, cobbler, mason, weaver, shoemaker, labourers, etc., 1831-1838; a list of Welsh books; scriptural notes, and lists of scriptural readings at prayer meetings, Sunday Schools, etc.

Gramadeg Saesneg,

A short grammar of the English language written in Welsh by 'Glasryw'. The title is wanting but the second part is described as 'Byr Rammadeg o'r Iaith Saesoneg. Yn fwy enwedig lle y gwahana hi oddiwrth Yr Iaith Gymreig'. There are sections dealing in turn with phonology, accidence, and syntax. The work was intended for competition and opens with an explanatory address to the adjudicators ('At y Barnwyr'). Beginning at the end, in the hand of Daniel Silvan Evans, is an alphabetical list of Welsh synonyms ('Cyfystyron yr Iaith Gymraeg') and the names of subscribers to the writer's proposed A Dictionary of the Welsh Language [Carmarthen, 1887-1906].

A translation into English of John Parry, Gramadeg o'r Iaith Gymraeg; Wedi ei drefnu yn fyr ac eglur, A'i gyfansoddi mewn iaith rwydd, er addysg i bobl ieuainge, ac eraill. Yr ail argraffiad, wedi ei ddiwygio (Caerlleon: M. Monk, 1825), under the title 'A Grammar of the Welsh Language ...'. The translation is subscribed 'T. N. Sep' 21st 1838' (p. 80).
