An abridged typescript translation into English of the Rev. William Hughes, Cofiant y Diweddar Barch. David Williams, Chicago (Utica, N.Y., 1876), prepared by Sam Ellis of Utica in 1954 for the grand-daughters of the Rev. David Williams (1800-74), who emigrated from Llanidloes, co. Mont., to the USA in 1849 (NLW ex 1768). A volume Cartoons of the Welsh Revolt by J.M.S. (Cardiff, 1905), re-printed from the Western Mail, comprising cartoons depicting the Welsh agitation, 1902-5, against the provisions of the 1902 Balfour Education Act; together with miscellaneous printed items, 1902-65, many commemorating royal or historical events attended by members of the Lloyd-George family (NLW ex 1769).
