Cardigan, imploring the Bishop's assistance against George Loyd, one of the overseers of the estate of his wife's late husband George William of Lanarth, who had refused to contribute towards the maintenance of the testator's child, who was then resident with the petitioner; also to compel him to find a new security for payment of an account due to the infant, and also to secure payment of his wife's thirds.
