Memoranda of cases heard in London, 1637-1641, and memoranda and accounts of legal services largely rendered to members of the Wynn family and their relations: William Wynn, Owen Wynn, Maurice Wynn, Sir Richard Wynn, William Mostyn, Mr Bodvell etc. The notebook may have been that of one of Henry Wynn's clerks.

Two of the courts relate to the manor of Court Peers, Court Shelton and Tir Thomas ap David, one to Bryndehirog, and one to Trepatchett and Llanfair vibon Owen. (I) Court Peers etc., 1 April-20 Oct. 1617. Begins: Manor of Court Peers, Court Shelton, and teere Thomas ap David: Court held there 1 April, 15 James I, 1617. Of the two courts of the first consists of three presentments by the jury on ways in decay and the second of four presentments and encroachments on a bridge between the parish of Wolvesnewton and Langynock called Pont [pis]till and the way from the parish of Wolvesnewton to a bridge called Pont Winfordd in decay. (Ii) Begins: Manor of Bryndehyrocke: Court held there 30 April 1618. These proceedings consist of three presentments by the jury of a death, a way in decay, and an estray. (Iii) Begins: Trekaprachett and Lanveyre vibon Owen: [Court held] there 29 April 1618. These proceedings consist of four presentments by the jury of horseways in decay. A single leaf, foolscap, from a court book, fair condition.
