A bound volume containing a group of original letters, 22 September 1899-1 June 1904, from Dr Morgan Davies of 10 Goring Street, Bishopsgate, London, (1854-1920) to TJE relating mainly to Celt Llundain: The London Kelt which TJE founded in 1895 and mainly edited until 1915. There are also three original letters, 1904 and undated, from TJE to Dr Morgan Davies. The volume also includes a copy of a printed circular, May 1919, inviting contributions to the Dr Morgan Davies Testimonial Fund on the occasion of his retirement due to ill-health, and a cutting from the South Wales Daily News, 23 August 1920, containing an obituary of Dr Morgan Davies.

Wynne of Peniarth. The papers comprise a printed letter, 28 April 1859, from the Rev. Lewis Edwards of Bala to the chairman of David Williams's election committee opposing the re-election of W.W.E. Wynne; letters, 26 April 1859, from R.O. Rees and William Williams, both of Dolgellau, to David Williams, wishing him well in the forthcoming election and commenting on aspects of the campaign; a handbill, 28 April 1859, soliciting support for W.W.E. Wynne; a printed letter, 3 May 1859, from William Williams, Dolgellau, urging electors to cast their votes early in the day on behalf of David Williams; verses to be sung on the occasion of George P. Lloyd of Plasyndref assuming the office of Mayor of the Borough of Bala, 29 September 1859; together with press cuttings, April 1859, relating to the 1859 election in Merionethshire.

Davies', and containing offprints of articles and political notes, 1907-25, written by EWD, together with other items, including copies of his election address (in Welsh) to the electors of the Eifion division in the General Election of January 1910 and of the return of his election expenses in the same Election. There are also copies of his election addresses to the electors of Denbighshire in the 1923 and 1924 General Elections.

Card., with a few additional items in pencil by D. Byron Lewis, Llanddewibrefi, and an 'englyn' by Thomas Rees of Brynberian. The volume also contains a biographical note on Rees Lloyd Rees by TJE. The volume also contains a bound typescript notebook entitled 'Cywyddau ynghyd ag Englynion a Cherdd o saerniaeth Sion Glyn Dafydd [J. Glyn Davies] argraffwyd gan Sion Glyn Dafydd. Aberdaron, 1899'.
