A copy of J Gwenogvryn Evans and John Rhys, The Text of the Book of Llan Dâv... (Oxford, 1893); loose inside is Supplementary Notes to the Liber Landavensis; by Thomas Wakeman, Esq. of Graig House, Monmouthshire (William Rees, printer, Llandovery, n.d.). The volume and loose item belonged to R J Thomas (1908-76) and previously to E G B Phillimore, who has added copious notes on the text.

Complimentary verses in English addressed to Rhys Williams (Sen.; d. 1950), deacon and precentor of Tabernacle Congregational church, Bridgend, co. Glamorgan, 1939 and 1946, the latter composed by the Reverend H. Elvet Lewis ('Elfed'); and a typescript, signed letter, 1936, to Rhys Williams from Evan Roberts, the revivalist.
