This is to state that the chaudhris of the parganahs of Akbarabad, parganah Halke, Safarazpore, Taqipore, Baridpore, pargana Hogla, Hal Lahulanah [?], Kharapa, Nawabpur, are apparently part of Jaspar [?] Chakla and the vakil of His Highness [Mir Jafar] .Muhammad Rafi Khan Bahadur has represented that in the past the vakils of these districts used to represent the criminal cases in the court of the aforesaid chakla and all legal work used to be conducted through them. Now it is found that a number of court cases do not appear in the faujdari courts and the persons accused of crimes do not receive justice. Therefore, it is ruled that in future all vakils present themselves before the Assistant Faujdar of the chakla so that the faujdari cases are conducted regularly and properly.
