Poetry and prose transcribed, 1843-1844, by Henrietta Belgrave of Preston. The extracts, which are initialled F. B., S. E. B., M. B. and J. S. B., presumably indicating members of the compiler's family, relate to Ilford Hall, Queen Victoria, Whitby Abbey, the cemetery of Beirout and to religious and seasonal subjects.
