Notice, 1 September 1813, signed by Charles Hassall and D. J. Jenkins, commissioners for executing an Act of Parliament for enclosing lands in the parish of Llanrhystud, co. Cardigan, to Edward Evans informing him of the valuation they had made of lands in his possession encroached from the commons of the manor of Haminiog and requesting him to attend a meeting at Llanrhystud to pay the said sum.
