They include a settlement of land in Abercorris by David Humphrey in trust for his daughter Jane, wife of William Jones of Abercwmeiddaw, 1832, and a subsequent conveyance of the same by Humphrey David and David Davies, his eldest son, 1839; a deed of arrangement and settlement by Robert Davies Pryce of Cyfronydd, of the family estates in Tal-y-llyn and Llanwrin, Merioneth and Montgomeryshire, together with the fixed machinery in Aberllefenni Quarry, and lands in Welshpool, Castell Caereinion and Llangynyw, 1859-1868; a probate copy, 1926, of the will of Captain Athelstan Robert Pryce, made in 1898, with codicil, 1915, and further probate limited to the settled land, 1927; three deeds of vesting assent by the trustees of the Cyfronnydd and Aberllefenni estates to Arthur Hamilton Price, 1927 and 1929, and to his widow, Mrs Ada Pryce, 1945; two typescript schedules of deeds and mortgages, 1733-1935, belonging to the trustees, 1935; and a deed of gift by Hylda Emma Palmer of Nottingham to William Jones of Machynlleth, of a share in the motor garage, Maengwyn Street, with associated documents, 1958-1959.
