Eighteen deeds, 1760-1793, of Richard Matthews of Llanidloes, linen draper, a bankrupt, relating the New Inn, properties in Long Bridge Street and in adjoining to Short Bridge Street, Llanidloes, and parcels called Y weirglodd, Cae Bricks and Llwyn Coch, p. Llanidloes. Parcel marked: 'New Inn and Corner House Property'.

Financial accounts, 1804-37; of David Evans, innkeeper, Llanidloes, and of his executors, almost entirely in the form of statements due to T. Edmund Marsh, solicitor, Llanidloes. Among the business and legal matters to which the accounts refer are the purchase of sheep skins, rye, oats, etc., 1804-7; the purchase of the Old Brewhouse in Great Oak Street, 1805, and the New Inn in Llanidloes, 1820; the apprenticeship of Edward Evans to Mr David Evans, surgeon, 1825; and the prosecution of John Jones at the Great Sessions at Ruthin for horse stealing, 1830.

Five deeds, 1827-1888, of Mrs Elizabeth Hayward of Maenol, Llanidloes, widow, relating to the parcels called Maenol Fields in t. Kilmacher, p. Llanidloes, together with the covering letter, 10 Oct. 1888, to Mrs Hayward from Messrs Jenkins and Davies, Llanidloes.
