Papers mainly concerning court cases arising from CB's involvement in the burning of the Union Jack at Aberdare in June 1950 and at the National Eisteddfod at Caerphilly in August of the same year, together with summonses relating to various other Republican activities, and an appeal for funds to support members facing court cases.

Typescript copies of letters from CB to various newspapers, relating to self-government for Wales, the export of Welsh water to England, the overpayment of artists, Carmarthenshire woodlands, and the Esperanto language; together with a transcript of a letter to Gwynfor Evans congratulating him on winning the Carmarthenshire seat in the 1966 by-election and emphasising the need for Plaid Cymru to establish itself in the industrial valleys of South Wales.

Typescript drafts of articles by CB, undated, together with chapters of his novel, I Was A King, published in 1976, and a short unpublished history of the Romans in Britain entitled 'The Imperial Evil', completed in 1991.
