Will of Walter Thomas of the city of Chester,
Devises his messuages, lands, etc., to his son William Thomas. Charges the said lands in order to provide his wife with an annuity of £200, to his wife Anne, his house at Whitefriars and £200 to be paid out of testator's personal estate. To his daughter Anne Thomas, £3,000. Codicil of even date recording an further bequest of £2,000 to his wife. Copy.
Will of Thomas Parry of Plas yr hall, co. Denbigh, esq,
Testator devised to his friends David Parry of Llwyn ynne, co. Denbigh, and Rob[er]t Foulkes of Llanbeder, clerk., all his messuages, etc., in co. Denbigh, except for two in Llanarmon in Yale, on condition that they use any revenue from the lands to pay off his debts. They are also to pay £500 to his daughter, Margaret Parry, as her portion when the testator's son, David Parry, attains the age of 21 years; in the meantime they are to provide her maintenance and education. The said David Parry and Robert Foulkes appointed trustees and executors. Copy.

Testator wishes to be buried in the same grave as her husband near the parish church of Wrexham. Devises all her freehold messuages in co. Denbigh or elsewhere in Wales or Great Britain unto her servants William Walker and Lillia Waldre for 500 years upon trust. Numerous bequests.
Will of Simon Thelwall of Llanbeder, co. Denbigh, esq,
The messuages mentioned in an indenture of feoffment dated 6 Dec. 1704 (Nos. 74-75) are to be charged with the sum of £1,600, (except y wern in Llanbeder). The money is to be used by trustees, viz David Parry, Peter Pennant, John Pennant, and Richard Jones, being party to the aforesmentioned deed of feoffment, to pay the testator's debts over and above his personal estate at the time of death and to maintain his son, Edward Thelwall. £600 Of the above sum is to be given to Anne Thelwall, testator's daughter, and £500 to Margaret, another daughter. The remaining sum to be given to the said Edward Thelwall. The said Edward Thelwall and Mary, the testator's wife, are appointed executors. Endorsement, dated 27 Sept. 1714, of the presentation of the will in a legal case between John Read, plaintiff, and Mary Thelwall, widow, deforciants.
Will of Robert Price of Llanbeder, co. Denbigh, yeoman,
Devises a messuage called kay Hilston and upper half of an adjoining field which is next to a common called y Rhywlas to Katherine vz Richard, his wife, and John ap Robert ap Rice, his youngest son. The lower half of the field together with an orchard and barn is devised to the eldest son Thomas ap Robert ap Rice. A quillet of land known as kay Tylston issa is to be equally divided between Rice ap Robert ap Rice, his son, and Sarah vz Robert, his daughter. Other bequests. The said Katherine vz Richard and John ap Robert ap Rice to act as joint executors.
