Recites that T.B. and C.W. by judgement of the Court at Westminster recovered against Sir James Pennyman, £800 of debt and 63s. damages; that the Sheriff of Middlesex had returned that Sir James had no goods or chattles in his Bailiwick to pay debt; that Sir James has sufficient goods and lands within Bishopric of Durham to pay debt.
